Is This the First of Many?

I'm not quite sure yet if this is an isolated event, or if it's it's widespread. So how much capital is exposed here? Like how much do they raise? It's over 700 million. I think predominantly like a lot of the companies that are that were issuing debt to them is private money. And so I think they're just gonna get more I think money just can get tighter. It's gonna get more conservative. That's just gonna make life more challenging for some of these more more fringe or less capitalized developers.
