The New South Wales L-Tesser Mechanism

I was hoping that we would see a more general thing like a renewable energy target or an L-Tesser at a national level. So the fact that it is paused is pretty typical of everything that seems to happen in the system. I believe it will be separate, but it will be its own mechanism in South Australia and Victoria. But again, we don't really sort of know. We also have a reasonable indication if I recall what the original communique and press release, which is sort of what we got to go on.
