The sense of belonging in a team or company comes about organically, i'd say, in most cases. But there are environments that have a stronger drop right an nose, r enviroents where it's pleasant to work with one another. I think that comes back to those values, being sound and being strong. When that's healthy, you crav an environment where people want to contribute and there's some positive energy going into it.
