Mortgage Stress
Some people are going to end up having ofa more difficult budget moving forward because mortgage rates are going to go up. But we've spoken before that about 50 % of home owners don't have aloan at all. And others have got fixed rate mortgages, which eventually will come out and cause some stress. As long as there's i've got a surplus, and a relatively healthy surplus to afford higher repayments I'm not in mortgage stress.
