YOGI - The Story of a Track Reader
In 19 76, a b, cnbc and c b s bought more cartoons from hannah barbera than it any point in their history. The job of the track reader is to take those recordings and transcribe them to what's called exposure sheets,. When yogi bears his e boo boo, you have to write down on frame 37 the b of booboo, and on frame 39, the long o ao of boo. That developed my ear and my superiors in the sound apartment, saw that i had an aptitude for this; they quickly bumped me up to sound editor.
