How to Download a WatchOS App

People who bought the app on their phone when it was still a watchOS-only app. When they opened up the app store on their phone, there was no way to download it to their phone. So you got a support email that was saying that somebody had this problem. You could generate a promo code that would at least give them a download button. And like that link would be accepted for anyone for 25,000 times at least.
