When we're kids, our brain lets us live in the present. As we get older, both of those things change. And this is where i think we make a huge mistake, because we don't teach or prepare people for this change. We'll say like, enjoy your youth while it lasts. But if some one tells you that, they just say that and they laugh, and then you're like, ok, right.
