When you think of the main mover of breath through your body, it's this trampoline, odd mushroom shaped muscle within your rib cage. The respiratory diaphragm makes 22,000 on average contractions per day. And so I see it as an organizing principle. A lot of my focus in some of the early chapters of the book is helping people to map that muscle.
