How Roy Hodgson and Steve Parrish Approach Tactics

I was listening to the overlap podcast with Gary Neville where he went and spoke to Steve Parrish and Roy Hodgson. One of the biggest takeaways I found from it was that Roy's is said by Steve Parrish to be the best person he knows of through all of his years of coaching management communicating with players. The first session they did was attacking that he gets really bored and doesn't like the defensive stuff he said he finds it easy to do but first thing they went in went in and did some attacking patterns They did some finishing training and obviously that shows with just the sheer amount of goals that they scored. Yeah I know it's boring to always talk about Roy Hodgson's age
