And one example that i share in the book is when steve curr decided to accept the golden state warrior's head coaching job for the basketball team. He started reaching out to not only his mentors, you know, in the basketball world, phil aon, greg paplovitch and nosiatl seahawk’s superable winning coach pete carroll. They came up with joy, mindfulness, competition and then gratitude. So let's make sure we're having fun with he purpose at practice. You know, in terms of the gratitude or the caring for others
