Speaking in a Second Language School

There's a normal period of time and about between 18 to 22 months, most kids start speaking in native language. But I mean, some kids can go through years. One is you speak from what just flows naturally to you. And then there's this forced way that we learn it in a school setting or in a classroom setting where we're doing a lot of memory work.
