The Risks of Stop Loss in the Markets
It's better to use options and know that the premium is your downside than have a cash position and have a stop. The problem with the stop laws is that you're not certain where you're going to get out. Financial markets, unlike other markets, effectively give you financial insurance the cheapest when you needed it most. But i would say that for me, particularly based on my mandate as a goald keeper, based on the way my brain is wired and the way we look for opportunities,. i am very comfortable buying options and doing that.
