The Hedonists and the Epicureans

Hedonism is the idea that ultimately we should pursue the most pleasant life possible. The Epicureans don't feel they need also to suggest any interventionist divine creator or regulator of the world. So if you have a world view like that where do you start looking for value in the world? You start by considering what human nature is as you find it.
