How to Sit With Your Problems

Today we're going to do something that's a little bit different than our usual. Since we're trying to sit with our problems today rather than running from them, we'll do a very simple journaling exercise. So if you'd prefer to write, then grab a piece of paper and a pen. Or you can do this in a note on your phone too. But don't feel like you have to write this stuff down. You can also choose to just close your eyes and follow along mentally. And whether you're going to write or just follow along mentally, let's take this moment to settle in.
