The Global Factory and the Global Transition to a Majority Services Economy

We have to think of capitalism as a global system. Yet we also know that the way it operates depends on variegated territory. It's interesting to hear you raise the global context there because it's quite hard to know, certainly from my perspective, what this phenomenon looks like in Shenzhen, Gogang or Lagos. I wonder if you have a sense of how important that sort of global variation of economic regimes is to the way that capitalism is currently managing overcapacity.
