I'm a firm believer of doing your own research which means not just delving into the geeky scientific stuff but it means testing for yourself. For me I believe there isn't a one size fits all so when somebody says what's the best temperature to have for an ice bath you can have a roundabout general idea but it doesn't mean that what your body is going to take will be the same as what my body takes. We're looking to work with them specifically on inflammatory markers to really be able to show the benefits of cold water for inflammatory markers for athletes, he said.
