Is Fiat Law and Money Corrupting Property Rights?
Law and money are social constructs mediating this property relationship, right of ownership over scarce factors of production. We know that when we're expanding the money supply, were diluting the property rights of some in favor of others,. And it sounds like with fiot law as well, were creating certain types of distortions. There's also an incentive effect to wrigt. A so law is the super the superset of the problem, having artificial law made by made by democratic lawmakers.
