How to Solve Misinformation

Inevitably, misinformation is sort of in the eye of the beholder. And this is connected to the problem that i see inside many of these companies, which is the problem of group think. The average person is more likely to believe their peers, or their apparent peers, than they do authorities. So how do you sort that out? And i think the answer is some form of ranking. But since we don't have a guide and we're unlikely to get government specifications for misinformation, your best choice as an entpener would be to rank it in such a way that there is trust around how your system works.
