The Importance of Blockchain in the Future of Economic Policy

Dan Sherman is the co-founder of Metoverseil and a speaker at Web3 conference in Lisbon, Portugal on June 9th. He has had an interesting career which brought him to his current position as one of the world's leading blockchain experts. In 2008 he spent just shy of three years working with TARP during the financial crisis before deciding that there were better ways to solve our economic problems than relying on traditional banking systems. His experiences have inspired him to think about how we can create new forms of payment using technology such as Bitcoin or other decentralised ledgers.
