How Do I File Bankruptcy?
If you're going to set up an s corporation a to save on self employment tax, there's going to be quarters whee you make no money or a certain year. So if you have an s corporation and you don't have income, you have to at least file zero payroll reports. Keep the escorp around. You can use it for many years to come. It could do its own thing with websites and affiliate fees, marketing, consulting. I've had the same escort now for 22 years. It's been wonderful.
