Isn't Morality More Extensive on the Left?
The left's morality is much more exacting than the religious morality on the right, he says. He argues that it weakens the main stream democratic a candidate and allows for attacks from the right. The secular morality of the left gives people space to enjoy their moral probity - but under capitalism there are no such things as 'clean' candidates.
