I think the most important piece of them is not who has the fanciest title that's writing your recommendation. It's great if your dean has a fancy name and writes, you know, the ear of great students. But we'll really stand out. And I know for me, it was something that really helped is I had a mentor who she'd worked with and done a lot of work.
