The second he passed away, we could do nothing. So until you meet with the lawyer that then establishes that one is going to be the executor over the other, all of the money and everything is frozen. Just saying and just have a conversation with your kids. It's not the same in power of health care or power of attorney. Like if you have multiple powers of attorney, then they call it all act.
