Based on that the Fed will still only go to neutral even though inflation is now at eight and a half percent. If it goes back to four percent which is what the dotted blue line shows then you know the Fed will actually be still accommodative at the end of the cycle so I think the market is maybe correctly seeing that at this point the Fed is not going to kill the system.
