The Role of Music in Plausibility Structures of Baby Boomers

The Jesus movement, if people don't know, that really is the group of people that becomes white evangelical Protestants in America. They are the group that voted for Donald Trump at 80%. And they helped carry Reagan to the presidency in 1980. I'm curious about the role that this music has played in the plausibility structures of so many baby boomers,. assuming that Jesus would be returning any day in the late 60s and early 70s. There are themes of this stuff in a lot of these songs lyrically.
