The salmon is raised in a land-based tank farm using biofiltration or what we call RAAS, recirculating aquaculture systems. We're able to produce more of a healthy protein with the same investment and the same footprint. And then thirdly, our salmon are very efficient in terms of how they turn their feed into biomass.
