How to Evidence Learning Skills and Dispositions Within Your Students

How did you evidence learning skills and dispositions within your students to try to gauge whether you were making progress on that front? In a whole variety of ways. We also set up a mentoring discussion system where twice a year the timetable was suspended. Every student had a half hour appointment with a member staff who might be their form tutor or might be a senior leader. They prepared for that in advance with their form tutor and they came along almost like a student. It's very difficult for me as your head teacher to say I think this is where you are on the honesty spectrum only you can say how good you are on it.
