Cheryl: The idea of a computer becoming conscious is really comes from a certain kind of materialist but also a Darwinian idea that we were not conscious. And so you can go online and find thousands of attempted responses to this, but I think it's utterly decisive. It shows precisely the problem. We should need to spend more time focusing on those things in the less time worrying about sky net coming alive and becoming conscious and taking the world over.
