When we first started, or we built out our original gunpowder, to buy rentals, it was we bought a high equity position in bird properties. Today, how we do it, because we have that many doors, we primarily focus on larger unit mix anywhere between 20 and 40 for our primary rental buy. For our long term, we're focused on, you know, we still buy single family homes, but they have to have upside in them.
