California's 3rd District - That's a Toss Up Race

Every other race left on the board are races that the Democrats are leading and in which it is difficult to see them getting picked off. New York 18, Pat Ryan leads by eight tenths of a percent. California 47, only 58% of the vote is in. This is Katie Porter's district. And right now, this is a teeny, tiny lead for Yadera Caravao versus Barbara Kirkmeyer. It's an absolute toss up.
