The Importance of Accepting Truth

AID can be very helpful as this information has transformed many lives. What we want to be aware of is where we are surrendering our free will to when it comes to any information that one consumes, which from a belief inside brings them into an undesirable state. It's important at that point to not shame or condemn themselves, for if they do, they persist in shame and condemnation beliefs. And so how do we personally know what to imagine?
