Are We Back to a Cohes?

I think a lot of good things are happening in culture in general with kindness, you know, openness. If we, if we, not that I think kindness can be taken too far, I think we might take it too far on one M, but yeah. At some point, you have to recognize, Oh, we're struggling to make decisions because our focus is on no one ever feeling bad? Are we back to clear thinking, clear direction around what the organization's high level purpose would be? And then are we back to like, and as an organization, we're very clear on what our, what our focus is?"
