The Link Between Finger Nozia and Math Skills

A study performed in 2016 proposed a pretty good theory for why this link exists. The more you like picture your fingers the worse you are at math. Some scientists suggest it might even be harmful to discourage finger counting at a young age. So everybody out there who does realize they're counting their fingers, count your fingers. It's what your brains want you to do.
