Using a Version Selection Otarithm to Find Aversion of Logging?

In some languages, there is a concept of global variable. The language would not allow you to have two global variables that are different but have the same name. Some package managers which use a version selection of tarhithm essentially can't fail - perhaps even when it should. Therear advantages to this approach, mostly arythmically, it's faster and its behaviour tends to be more predictable.
