Do You Have a Career Regret?

Watra: Not until i became an author myself did i realize that every time you're holding a book in your hands, you're holding three to four years of another human sali right there. One of my big career regrets is i never really had a mentor, and never, and i sort oftha sort of dawned on me fairly late in the game,. Watra: I think that could have steered me around several career pitfalls that had occurred. And so what i do now is try to help people out, not necessarily actively mentoring, but actually encouraging people to reach out to people who are senior to them and ask for advice.
