As the weather got warmer and group rides and races started up, i found myself completing maybe half of the structured threshold and sweet spot week end workouts. The races were hard, but short. And the group rides ware usually at least three hours long in average. Averaging, whatever you averaged during the ride doesn't, unless you did like a perfectly past t don't represent the work that was done during it.
