The only way to implement an effective mind control campaign is to control both sides of the narratives. And the news helps us do that by continuing the dumbing down of society using idiot speak. Idiot speak is where they use simple verbs, multiple nouns, very long sentences. All of this has the cumulative effect of reducing our ability to appreciate and understand the complexities of real world events.
