We're seeing blue collar jobs for wagesd and that is encouraging but still not enough wage growth to get those people off the side lines backy. So now we have to look at things like flexibility, and not just flexibility for the knowledge worker's flexibility for the blue collar es as well. And so it really is a whollistic approach to employment versus wages as a stand alone.
