What's the Most Important Criteria When Buying a New Platform Company?
Brent: For us, the most important criteria is size. We typically are buying companies with an EBITDA margin higher than 10%. And then there's a couple screenings to make sure they don't have either vendor concentrations, supplier concentration or customer concentration. So if it's all coming out of one plant in China, that's a risk factor.
