Is Being Stupid Good?

Being stupid is good because it means we look for the least complex way to get something done. We're constantly driven by this unconscious need to simplify things, and that's a really useful thing. Most of the technology has come from a thinkof, can i make this system more automatic? Can i find something to carry these bricks for me? Dan: How do we design our systems within our organizations so that it actually becomes hard to fail? The option that we don't want the to take more difficult should be made obvious.
