What Is an Asset?
This year we've had lots of evidence of climate change, whether it was heat waves, wildfires, droughts, floods and storms. So how do we deal with this? Do we build a new concrete pipe that sends storm waters out to the ocean? Or do we expand and restore a wetland so that its ponds can intercept that storm water flow? Cano understand how accountants, i guess, think about assets in general, like, like, what is an asset? Right?
