Are You Having Imposter Syndrome?

Is there a period in our adulthood where we're most likely to come up against this? I think it depends on the context, right? Are you experiencing imposter syndrome in a space where you should be an expert or should you not be an expert? You shouldn't have that confidence. It's much harder to convince somebody that they can get agency when they already have a sort of victimized mindset.
