Lead by Example - Email Is Not the Only Answer
A clear communication that solves a lot of issues, says Haly. Let people decide if they are working from home and what is the best time for them to do it. Don't just have line managers or or exact directors say 'after six i'm not going to send an emal am' It's so much more than that: authenticity in having a conversation shows leaders are doing well. And even if a line manager does not send an email, the damage can sometimes already be done if their conversation isn't open.
