How to Communicate With Guests
I send the message right out the confirming they're booking for some of my properties that have some some important things to know like while planning I have a property in Sedona where there's just no service. Sometimes I'll send that first thank you message and then the next day or just a couple of hours or you it's actually the next like morning after they book. The check-in information two days before check-in is what I kind of found to be the sweet spot. It goes back to the transparency and the authenticity people want just own it at that point.
