Most of the worrying we do is habit. We're sort of implicitly taught that if we worry about something, we can fix it. But then we carry it over into situations where it can't help. The habits of thought we have build and build and build. Every time you think be afraid about covin, you've got that sinas being wrapped in milan. And that brain sinas becomes more convincing. It's a thought you can think more quickly, and it's more emotional. So i know it's not about the thing. Do i just do this exercise every time while the fears unless yes, absolutely.
