The state is hugely powerful, despite all the new liberal talk. And it wields its power in the interest of the oligarchy that benefits from anasilise. The state doesn't intervene in property rights but does control resources and money. New liberalism ultimately is about capital and labor relations and protecting property rights. That is not negotiable for the moment. It's almost impossible to think of capitalist accumulation in the cor independently of the state. I mean, if it wasn't for the states intervening in 20 20, there would have been a complete disaster.
