The Differences Between Golf Balls
The spin rate is probably the biggest driver of how much a ball will get affected in the wind. The general rule is a ball lose about 4% its spin per second when you launch it. A ball that flies higher will tend to be more affected by the wind and one that flies lower tends to be less affected. And balls can start losing spin at different decay rates.
