Statistically Biased Data, or Ror Statistics?

The data that we use to train our model, the black points, is systematically different then the data at large. And accident in particular, for the large values of o sneakiness, we only observe the small points. All this doesn't just happen here; there's a lot of ways to generate a random sample without further investigation. So think about what is your data measuring? Unless you have a complete census of all companies, ther'd be both the black and grey points which are either randomly selected or statistically biased.
