How to Meditate Through Stress

In a breath fold you're placing yourself in a state of neurophysiological stress right away that's unlike any other meditation. The place where you are is silent or there's a little calm music, little bells, maybe some incense, maybe some flowers or kids like beauty. You will use breathing not hyperventilation but slow breathing to quiet another system to support the ability of your nervous system to quiet itself. Even veteran meditators who have been meditating for a long time won't be able to hold their stillness and centerness while they do it. They'll get agitated just like anyone else.
