Chris ran a six 26 pacte five k, doing a lot of seven minute pace work. You got in really great shape doing predominantly tempo oriented workouts. One thing that you might want to think about is maybe taking some of those monthly races as races that aren't very important. Let's get your mileage up to forty ish miles per week and then we can be a little bit more strategic with the faster workouts that you're doing.
